The Grove is food truck that is dedicated to breakfast foods with a focus on bagels. The restaurant takes on a groovy lava lamps and cartoons aesthetic to create create a fun and unique food experience for everyone to enjoy. There is a focus on bright and bold colors with the audience focus being on college campuses. This food truck, or bagel bus as is is called, would be at SUNY New Paltz providing a prime food experience for the students and the local community.
